Booking

A booking becomes firm upon receipt of the 30% deposit and Madaway Tours' written confirmation. The balance is due 30 days before departure.

Cancellation by the client

• More than 60 days before departure: deposit refunded minus €100 fee
• 60 to 31 days: deposit retained
• 30 days or fewer: 100% of the amount

Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

Changes & cancellation by Madaway

In case of force majeure (cyclone, site closure), an equivalent itinerary is offered; failing that, unused services are refunded. Cruises may be reorganised according to the weather, at the captain's discretion.

Prices

Prices quoted in euros “from”, payable in € or Ariary (MGA) at the daily rate. Only the personalised quote is contractually binding.
